Each item is made-to-order based on the specific design, materials, and instructions provided by our clients. As a result, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the printing process has commenced.

 

Why We Don’t Offer Returns or Refunds

 

Because all our products are personalized — whether it's custom stickers, apparel, packaging, or corporate materials — they cannot be resold or reused. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our service and focus on delivering exactly what you request.

 

Order Accuracy & Approval

 

We highly recommend that all clients carefully review:

  • Design proofs
  • Spelling, logos, and graphics
  • Sizes, materials, and color selections
  • Shipping information and contact details

Before moving into production, we will send a final approval request. Once approved, the order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

 

Issues with Your Order?

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect due to a mistake on our part (not due to customer-provided files)
  • Significantly different from the approved proof

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation. If the issue is found to be on our end, we’ll work with you to resolve it — whether that means reprinting the order or offering a suitable alternative.
